Splash screen When 30 reports are submitted As a user I want to see a splash screen when starting the application in order to improve the looks of the application. When the app loads at the beginning it shows a white page, we want to show the logo and name of the application there.

Fix text comment alignment - submitted by @jmir When 30 reports are submitted As a user I want to see the text of the comments aligned to the left and not justified in order to improve the looks but also the readability of it.

Delete reports When 50 reports are submitted As a user I want to delete a report in order to take down a report previously submitted that it is no longer necessary for whatever reason.

Build new backend When 60000 reports are submitted As a developer I would like to build a scalable backend in order to lower costs and be able to maintain the load of the systems while keeping the performance.
